RESOLUTION NO. 98-127
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
FOR THE KRUGER HOUSE ADA IMPROVEMENTS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. FAC98-3
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad, California for the Kru
House ADA Improvements in accordance with Contract No. FAC98-3; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for this project was submitted by Gre
Construction, Inc. in the amount of $44,650.00; and
WHEREAS, the total estimated cost of this project is $55,650.00, including contingel
funds; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Capital Improvement Program, A
Mandate - City Facilities project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $44,650.00 by Gretler Construction, Inc. for the Kruger House A
Improvements, Contract No. FAC98-3 is hereby accepted and the Purchas
Officer is hereby authorized to execute a purchase order for this project.
3. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to executc
contract for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.

regular meeting held on the 5 day of May , 1998, by the following vote, to w
