RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, SPEClAl
PROVISIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERI
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE SWIM COMPLEX ADI
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. FAC 98-12.

WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions and specifications for the
