RESOLUTION NO. 98-182
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A QUITCLAIM FOR AN
ACCESS EASEMENT ORIGINALLY DEDICATED TO THE CITY
FOR THE RANCHO CARRILLO PARK.
5 WHEREAS, Continental Ranch, Inc., has submitted a request for quitclaim of an acce5
6 easement which was originally dedicated to the City of Carlsbad over a portion of their propert
7 known as Rancho Carrillo; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the restated Rancho Carrillo Parks Agreement betwee
the City and Continental Ranch, Inc., the old access easement is not now nor is it contemplate
to be needed in the future; and

10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in the publi
11 interest to quitclaim said easement;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad

1 3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the original Quitclaim Deed and the Cii
2 Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original Quitclaim Deed to be recorded in the office of th
3 County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.

held on the 16 day of June , 1998 by the following vote, to wit:
