RESOLUTION NO. 98-207
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A REQUEST TO
PREPARE AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONE 15 LOCAL
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN BY THE RUSSELL W.
GROSSE DEVELOPMENT CO., INC.
CASE NAME: TERRACES AT SUNNY CREEK
CASE NO.: LFMP 87-1 5(B)
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve
follows:
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Municipal Code Section 21.90.120 indicates for zones
which joint submission by all property owners of a facilities management plan is not feasib
any owner may petition the City Council to allow the owner to prepare the plan; and
WHEREAS, public meetings with the property owners within Zone 15 indic:
presently that full accord has not been attained as to the contents of the facilities managemc
plan; and
WHEREAS, the Russell W. Grosse Development Co., Inc. has form2
petitioned the City Council to authorize preparation of an amendment to the Zone 15 Lo(
Facilities Management Plan.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
Carisbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The City Council authorizes the Russell W. Grosse Development C
Inc. to prepare the amendment to the Zone 15 Local Facilities Management Plan.
