RESOLUTION NO, 98-232
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF JANITORIAL SUPPLIES.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires janitorial supplies, and;
WHEREAS, proper bidding procedures have resulted in the receipt of a bid from
qualified vendor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsk
as follows:
1. The bid of Waxie Sanitary Supply, 9353 Waxie Way, San Diego CA 92123
hereby accepted.
2. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue purcha
orders to this vendor for janitorial supplies as may be required for a period of o
year beginning July, 15 1998; such arrangement may be extended by the C
Manager for three additional one (1) year periods with revised prices to be E
after mutual agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the C
of Carlsbad held on the 14th day of July , 1998, by the following v(
