RESOLUTION NO. 98-239
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Laurie Batter expires in March, 1998;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1.That the above recitations are true and correct.
2.That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as
member of the Carlsbad Arts Commission for a term which expires i
March, 2002:
Felicia Shaw
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the Cit
Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 14th day of July
1998 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin and Hall
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
