A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of George Willis expires in March, 1998;
