RESOLUTION NO. 98-252
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF
COLLEGE BLVD. AND ASTON AVENUE, PROJECT NO. 3522.
WHEREAS, the construction of the traffic signal at the intersection of College Blvd. E
Aston Avenue has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb;
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the traffic signal at the intersection of College Blvd. a
Aston Avenue specifically identified as Project No. 3522, is deemed complete and here
accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to exec[
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad C
Council held on the 28th day of July , 1998 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin and Hall
