RESOLUTION NO. 98-277
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, James McCann has resigned as a member of the Library Board of Trus
from a term expiring in June, 2000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsl
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Lib]
Board of Trustees for a term which shall expire in June, 2000:
Jerry Tarman
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of
City of Carlsbad on the 4th day of August , 1998, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin and Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
