A RESOLUTlON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CAFUSBAD, THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, AND THE COUNTY OF SAN
DIEGO HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR MANAGEMENT AND
IMPLEMENTATION OF A 1998-99 HOME PROJECT
5 WHEREAS, on June 20, 1995, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad approved an amendment

the County’s consortium for the HOME Program; 7
to a Cooperative Agreement with the County of San Diego to include the City of Carlsbad as a member of
8 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is eligible to receive $210,499 in HOME Consortium funds for
9 FY 1998-99;
10 WHEREAS, on March 24, 1998, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California selected the
11
Consortium funds; 12
City’s Single Family Residential Rehabilitation Program to receive $210,499 in 1998-99 HOME
2. That the City Council hereby approves the agreement with the County of San Diego for the 19
1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 18
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 17
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken all testimony into account; 16
