RESOLUTION NO. 98-352
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PROCESS THE MAP FOR
RECORDING.
CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 93-09(A), OCEAN BLUFF AND
WHEREAS, Catellus Residential Group has submitted a final map known as Carlsbad
6 Tract CT 93-09(A), Ocean Bluff to the City of Carlsbad for approval; and
7 WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract CT 93-09(A) with conditions, was
8
and amended tentative map as approved by the Planning Commission on June 17, 1998 9
approved by the Planning Commission on December 20, 1995, pursuant to Resolution No. 3869
10 pursuant to Resolution No. 4318; and
11 WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined that said map substantially
12 conforms to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
13 WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed or
14 secured; and 11 WHEREAS, the developer has offered public street and public easements for dedication
15 to the City of Carlsbad; and
16 WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan and all
17 requirements of City Codes and Standards; and
18 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the public
19 interest to approve said final map; and

California, as follows: 21
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 22
2. That said final map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 93-09(A), Ocean Bluff, which is 23
on file with the Public Works Director and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted. 24
3. That the City accepts the dedications shown on the final map.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the final
25
26 map.
27 5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final map to be recorded in
28 the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.

6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to First American Title
3 Insurance Company for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
5
held on the 27th day of October , 1998 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin and Hall 6
