A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
FARADAY AVENUE GRADING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVMENTS,
PROJECT NO. 3593.
6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has detern
7
existing westerly terminus to Cannon Road; and 8
necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to construct Faraday Avenue Phase I 1
9 WHEREAS, the Planning Director has determined that this project described
10 Mitigated Negative Declaration Case No. CDP 98-39 is within its scope; and
11
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for furnishing of all labor, material 12
WHEREAS, there will be no significant unmitigable effect, not analyzed therein; an(
13
incorporated by reference herein; and 15
prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad E 14
equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental for said project ha\
16 WHEREAS, funding from Community Facilities District No. I includes funds to c(
17 this project and said project is included in the 1998199 Capital Improvement Program .

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
