RESOLUTION NO. 99-29
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TEMPORARY
REPLACEMENT PLAN FOR SPLIT PAVILION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has detet
necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to construct a Temporary Repl;
Plan; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation of $23,000 is required from and availabl
General Capital Construction Fund to cover the cost of constructing the Te
Replacement Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, California, the following:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Temporary Replacement Plan is hereby approved.
3. That an appropriation of $23,000 is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
