RESOLUTION NO. 99-42
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION AND
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT WITH ELLORIN
CONSULTING FOR ENGINEERING PLANCHECKING SERVICES.
5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has reviewed the need for COI
6 plancheck services on an as-needed basis in order to maintain service levels; and
7 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Ellorin Consulting Engineers
8 necessary qualifications; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ci 10
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Engineering Department budget.

2. That an agreement between the City of Carlsbad and Ellorin Consulting Er 13
