RESOLUTION NO. 99-44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires a stack shelving system for the new Carl
Library, and;
WHEREAS, proper purchasing procedures have resulted in the receipt of prop1
from qualified contractors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb:
follows:
1. The proposal of Yamada Enterprises is hereby accepted.
2. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a purchase
for a stack shelving system to this contractor.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council (
City of Carlsbad held on the 9th day of February , 1999, b
following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Finnila, Nygaard and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
