A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
TO THE CARLSBAD SISTER CITY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the term of Elisabeth Paegel expires in April, 1998;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
