RESOLUTION NO. 99-61
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires furniture for the new Carlsbad Library, an
WHEREAS, proper purchasing procedures have resulted in the receipt of prop
from qualified contractors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb:
follows:
1. The proposal of S::Two Incl, 163 Orchard, lrvine CA 92620 is hereby accepted.
2. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a purchase
for furniture to this contractor.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council (
City of Carlsbad held on the 16th day of February , 1999, b)
following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Nygaard and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Finnila
