RESOLUTION NO. 99-73
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
FRASER ENGINEERING; LINNEDT, MCCOLL & ASSOCIATES;
JOHN POWELL AND ASSOCIATES; O’DAY CONSULTANTS;
WILLDAN ASSOCIATES; AND BERRYMAN AND HENIGAR FOR
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES.
6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has adopted ar

included within the CIP; and 8
Capital Improvement Program (CIP) which requires engineering services to complete the
9 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that there is a need to retain
10
timely and effective manner; and 11
consultant services on an ongoing, as needed basis, in order complete the CIP projc
12 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Fraser Engineering; Lintvedt, F
13
14
Associates; John Powell and Associates; O’Day Consultants; Willdan Associates; and B
City; and 15
and Henigar possess the needed professional engineering skills and services requirec
16 WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need to maintain the continuity of
17 progress by utilizing these firms to provide professional engineering services.
18 NOW, THEREFOREl BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C

3. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and dirc
