RESOLUTION NO. 99-94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PROCESS THE MAP FOR
RECORDING.
CARLSBAD TRACT CT 90-13, RANCHO REAL AND
WHEREAS, Carlsbad 35, LLC, a California limited liability company has submittec
6 map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 90-13, Rancho Real to the City of Carlsbad for approval
WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract CT 90-13 with conditions, was aF
8 by the Planning Commission on May 29, 1991, pursuant to Resolution No. 3237-3241 ; an(

9 WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined that said map subsi
10 conforms to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
11 WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been complc
12 secured; and
13 WHEREAS, the developer has offered public street and public easements for dec
to the City of Carlsbad; and 14 11 WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan L

requirements of City Codes and Standards; and
16 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the
17 interest to approve said final map; and
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ca

2. That said final map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 90-13, Rancho Real, whict 21
1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 20
California, as follows:
22 file with the Public Works Director and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
23 3. That the City accepts the dedications shown on the final map.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on th 24
map.
25 5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final map to be recori
26 the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.

6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to First Americ;
Insurance Company for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City (
held on the 23rd day of March , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Nygaard and Kulchin
