RESOLUTION NO. 99-106
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEMOLITION OF
THE SPLIT PAVILION, PROJECT NO. 3615.
WHEREAS, the demolition of the Split Pavilion has been satisfactorily completed; a1
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl:
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the demolition of the Split Pavilion, specifically identified as Project No. I
is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to exc
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
Council held on the 6th day of April , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Hall, Finnila, Nygaard and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis ,ri
