RESOLUTION NO. 99-109
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF AVIARA
PARKWAY AND BLACK RAIL ROAD, PROJECT NO. 3369

WHEREAS, the construction of the traffic signal at the intersection of Aviara Par
and Black Rail Road has been satisfactorily completed; and
7 I/ WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and

WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl5
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the traffic signal at the intersection of Aviara Parkway
Black Rail Road, specifically identified as Project No.3369, is deemed complete and he
accepted.

Council held on the 6th day of April , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis R 23
NOES: None 22
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to ex€
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
