RESOLUTION NO. 99-127
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A STREET NAME
CHANGE, RENAMING LEGO DRIVE TO LEGOLAND DRIVE IN
THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT.
CASE NAME: LEGO DRIVE STREET NAME CHANGE
CASE NO.: SNC 98-03
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Pla
Commission did, on March 3, 1999, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by I;

consider a Street Name Change; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 13th d
April , 1999, held a duly noticed public hearing to consider said Street Name Ch
and at that time received the recommendations, objections, protests, comments of all pel
interested in or opposed to SNC 98-03; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY The City Council c
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the LEGO Drive Street Name Change (SNC 98-03) is adoptec
LEGO Drive is renamed LEGOLAND Drive, and that the findings and conditions of the Plar
Commission as set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 4479, on file with the
Clerk and made a part hereof by reference, are the findings and conditions of the City Cour
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the C
Carlsbad on the 13th day of April 1999, by the following vote, to wit:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A STREET NAME
CHANGE, RENAMING LEGO DRIVE TO LEGOLAND DRIVE IN
THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY The City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the LEGO Drive Street Name Change (SNC 98-03) is adopted and
LEGO Drive is renamed LEGOLAND Drive, and that the findings and conditions of the Planning
Commission as set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 4479, on file with the City
Clerk and made a part hereof by reference, are the findings and conditions of the City Council,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 13th day of April 1999, by the following vote, to wit:
