RESOLUTION NO. 99-141
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING THE GEORGINA COLE LIBRARY FEASIBILITY
STUDY AND DIRECTING STAFF REGARDING ALTERNATIVES
CONTAINED THEREIN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, previous1

€j Architects for the preparation of the Georqina Cole Librarv Feasibility m; and
adopted Resolution No. 98-1 15 approving an agreement with Cardwell - McGra\

WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable, and in the publi 9
WHEREAS, said report has been completed and its findings an
8 recommendations presented to the City Council; and

interest to receive and adopt said study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City (
Carlsbad, California, as follows: 12
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. That the City Council does hereby formally adopt the Georqina Cole Librar
l4 Feasibility Study dated August 3, 1998, and directs staff to implement Alternativ
15 "D" and to prepare a financing plan and schedule to implement the selecte
16 alternative.
17 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council (

the City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the 20 th day (
Apr i 1 , 1999, by the following vote, to wit:
