CASE NAME: COSTCO WHOLESALE MONUMENT SIGN CASE NO.: CUP 98-12/CDP 98-56 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resoh PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD IN THE C-2-Q AND CARLSBAD follows: WHEREAS, on March 17, 1999, the Carlsbad Planning Commission held E noticed public hearing to consider a proposed Conditional Use Permit and Cc Development Permit to allow the installation of a second Costco Wholesale monument and adopted Resolutions 4501 and 4502 recommending to the City Council that the Condi Use Permit and Coastal Development Permit be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on 26th day of April 1999, held a duly noticed public hearing to consider the recommendation and heard all pe interested in or opposed to CUP 98-12 and CDP 98-56. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the C Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the recommendation of the Planning Commission for the apprc Conditional Use Permit CUP 98-12 and Coastal Development Permit CDP 98-56 is app and that the findings and conditions of the Planning Commission contained in Pla Commission Resolutions No. 4501 and 4502 on file with the City Clerk and incorporated I by reference, are the findings and conditions of the City Council. 3. This action is final the date this resolution is adopted by the City Cc The Provisions of Chapter 1 .I6 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, “Time Limits for JI Review” shall apply: “NOTICE TO APPLICANT” “The time within which judicial review of this decision must be sought is governed by Code of Civil Procedure, Section 1094.6, which has been made applicable in the City of Carlsbad by Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 1.16.
