RESOLUTION NO. 99-148
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER
EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires the purchase of computer equipme
the new library, and;
WHEREAS, the Compaq Computer Corporation "extended government pro!
agreement is available for City use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cal
as follows:
1. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a purc
order for computer equipment to the Compaq Computer Corporation.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of tht
of Carlsbad held on the 4 th day of May , 1999, by the following
