RESOLUTION NO. 99-150
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT PEDESTRIAN CURB RAMP
IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 3523-3.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Northwest quadrant pedestrian curb
improvements has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl:
California, as follows:
I. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the Northwest quadrant pedestrian curb
improvements, specifically identified as Project No. 3523-3, is deemed complete and hf
accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to ex€
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
Council held on the 4 th day of &Y , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Hall, Nygaard, Finnila &, Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis
Matt Hall, Mayor Pro Tern
