RESOLUTION NO. 99-167
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PROCESS THE MAP FOR
RECORDING.
CARLSBAD TRACT CT 96-08, CENTERSTONE AND

6 WHEREAS, Centerstone Carlsbad, LLC, a California limited liability company
7
for approval; and 8
submitted a final map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 96-08, Centerstone, to the City of Carls
9 WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract CT 96-08 with conditions, was appro
by the Planning Commission on July 1, 1998, pursuant to Resolution No. 4273; and 10
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined that said map substanti
11 conforms to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
12
l3 secured; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed
14 WHEREAS, the developer has offered public street and public easements for dedical
15 to the City of Carlsbad; and
16 WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan and
17 requirements of City Codes and Standards; and
18 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the put
19 interest to approve said final map; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb;

California, as follows:
21 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That said final map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 96-08, Centerstone, which is 22
23 file with the Public Works Director and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
24 3. That the City accepts the dedications shown on the final map.

5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final map to be recorded 27
map. 26
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the fi~
28 the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.

2 6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to California Title Comr
3 for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City COI

held on the 18 thday of Mav , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
6 AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Finnila, Hall & Kulchin
7 NOES: None
