2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PROCESS THE MAP FOR 4
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR
CARLSBAD TRACT CT 97-10, POINSETTIA PROPERTIES AND
RECORDING.
5 WHEREAS, HSLIBPIMICHAN, L.P., has submitted a final map known as Carlsbad TI
6 CT 97-1 0, Poinsettia Properties, to the City of Carlsbad for approval; and
7 WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract CT 97-10 with conditions, was appro!
8 by the Planning Commission on March 3, 1999, pursuant to Resolution No. 4485; and
9 WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined that said map substanti
10 conforms to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
11 WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed
12 secured; and
13 WHEREAS, the developer has offered public street and public easements for dedica.
to the City of Carlsbad; and 14
WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan and
15 requirements of City Codes and Standards; and
16 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the pul
17 interest to approve said final map; and
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb

1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 20
California, as follows:
21 2. That said final map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 97-10, Poinsettia Properti
22 which is on file with the Public Works Director and is incorporated herein by reference
23 accepted.
3. That the City accepts the dedications shown on the final map.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the fi

25 map.
26 5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final map to be recordec
27 the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.

2 6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to Commonwealth Land
3 Insurance for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.
