A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,

AGREEMENT VVITH GALEN N. PETERSON, CONSULTING ENGINEER,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN
4 TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES.
5 WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad has reviewed the need for consul1
6 engineering services on an as-needed basis in order to maintain service levels; and
7 WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that Galen N. Peterson, Consul1
8 Engineer, has the necessary qualifications; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb, 10
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in various Capital Project budgets.

2. That an agreement between the City of Carlsbad and Galen N. Peters' 13
