RESOLUTION NO. 99-195
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
COMPUTER NETWORK EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires the purchase of computer net
equipment for the new library, the Safety Center and City Hall, and;
WHEREAS, there is an applicable California Multiple Award Schedule con
available for the City's use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl:
as follows:
1. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and. directed to issue purct
orders to Ameritech, Inc. for computer network equipment.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
of Carlsbad held on the 1st day of June , 1999, by the following 1
to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin
