A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
OTHER MEMBER CITIES, AND THE COUNTY OF SAN
DIEGO TO FORM CONSORTIUM FOR THE FEDERAL
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, there has been enacted into law Public Law 101-625, the Nati

3. The City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized and instructed to e
