RESOLUTION NO. 99-204
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING $5,000 FROM THE FY 1998199 CITY
COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND TO FUND COUNCIL POLICY #61
WHEREAS, on January 12, 1999 the City Council approved Council Policy
Request For City Contributions To Grad Nite Activities.
WHEREAS, San Dieguito Academy, Carlsbad High School, and La Costa C;
High School Grad Nite Committees have requested donations and have met all res
requirements.
WHEREAS, based on Council Policy #61 , Staff has calculated the following don
distributions: Carlsbad High School, $3,550; San Dieguito Academy, $250, and La (
Canyon High School, $1,200.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Carl!
California does hereby approve the transfer of $5,000 in funds from the FY 1998/9E
Council contingency fund and hereby transfer to the Recreation Community Contribu
Account and that the Finance Director is authorized to appropriate this money for Grad
Activity Donations.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Coun
