RESOLUTION NO. 99-235
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE
MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD HOUSING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Ordinance No. NS-467 which 1
revised the membership and functions of the Housing Commission; and,
WKEREAS, there is a need to appoint one additional member to the Housi:
Commission under the category of “representatives with experience, to the extent possible,
one or more of the following areas: development, construction, real estate, social servicc
housing advocacy, planning, architecture or finance” for an initial two (2) year term; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is appointed to serve as a member of the Housi~
Commission for an initial two (2) year term:
Doris Ritchie
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Counc
of the City of Carlsbad on the 22 day of June , 1999, by the following vote,
wit:
AYES: Council MfXn?Xrs Lewis, Nygaard, Finnila, Hall & Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
