RESOLUTION NO. 99-248
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF TEN
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1 0,000)
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, representing the Charles & Ruth
Billingsley Foundation, donated ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to the Carlsbad
Senior Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, the following:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the donation of ten thousand dollars
($10,000) on behalf of the Senior Citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the ahday of July , 1999,
