A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE QUITCLAIM FOR
EXISTING DWINAGE LYING WITHIN BOTH LOTS 71 AND 72
4 OF CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 83-32 (PR 3.7.1 17)
5 WHEREAS, Brookfield Barrington, Inc., a California corporation, has submitted a reql
6 for quitclaim of existing drainage easement lying within both Lots 71 and 72 of Carlsbad Tract
7 32, Calavera Hills Village “Q”; and
a WHEREAS, this existing drainage easement was originally dedicated to the Citl 11 Carlsbad; and

WHEREAS, this existing easement has not been used and will not be used in the futl
10 and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in the pu
12 . Interest to quitclaim said easement;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb
14 California, as follows:

1 3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the original Quitclaim Deed and the

Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original Quitclaim Deed to be released to the pror
owners to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, Stat
4 11 California.
