RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 99-258
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
DIRECT STAFF TO PREPARE A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT TO
INCORPORATE CLEAR AND COMPREHENSIVE SIGN
CHAPTER 21.41 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE.
STANDARDS FOR THE C-M, M AND P-M ZONES INTO

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,

Carlsbad hereby declares its intention to consider an amendment of Chapter 21.41 o
Carlsbad Municipal Code to incorporate clear and comprehensive sign standards for the C-
and P-M zones.
The Planning Director is directed to prepare said zone code amendment an
the matter for public hearing before the Planning Commission and this City Council.
