RESOLUTION NO. 99-262
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, APPROVING CONTRACTUAL TECHNOLOGY
INTEGRATION SERVICES FOR THE CITY’S WIDE AREA
NETWORK
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires the services of a technology integratic
Contractor to provide the necessary wide area network integration services, and;
WHEREAS, Ameritech Inc. possess the necessary skills and qualifications to provil
the services required by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City (
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement between tl:
City of Carlsbad and Ameritech, Inc. for network integration services.
3. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a pwchas
order to Ameritech, Inc for various services as they apply to the wide area network.
