RESOLUTION NO. 99-286
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR
THE CITY CLERK TO PROCESS THE MAP FOR RECORDING.
CARLSBAD TRACT CT 97-14, UNIT 1, MARIANO AND AUTHORIZING
5 WHEREAS, Standard Pacific Corporation, a Delaware Corporation has submitted a .

map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 97-14, Unit 1, Mariano to the City of Carlsbad for approval; i
WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract CT 97-14 with conditions, was apprc
for approval by the City Council on November 18, 1997, pursuant to Resolution No.97-692; an
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined that said map substani

conforms to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
10 WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been complete(
11 secured; and

l3 the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered public street and public easements for dedicatic
14 WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan anc
15 requirements of City Codes and Standards; and
16 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the pl
17 interest to approve said final map; and
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsl
California, as follows: 19
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
20 2. That said final map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 97-14, Unit 1, Mariano, whic
21 on file with the Public Works Director and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
22 3. That the City accepts the dedications shown on the final map.
23 4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on
24 final map.
25 5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final map to be record€
26 the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.

i 6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to Chicago Title InsurE

Company for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City COI 4
held on the 17 day of Auqust , 1999 by the following vote, to wit: 5 AYES: Council. Members Lewis,Nygaard, Finnila, Hall & Kulchin ' // NOES: None
