RESOLUTION NO. 99-287
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR
THE CITY CLERK TO PROCESS THE MAP FOR RECORDING.
CARLSBAD TRACT CT 92-02(B), PARKSIDE AND AUTHORIZING
5 WHEREAS, Shea Homes Limited Partnership has submitted a final map known

Carlsbad Tract CT 92-02(B), Parkside to the City of Carlsbad for approval; and
WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract CT 92-02(B) with conditions, v
approved for approval by the Planning Commission on February 17, 1999, pursuant to Resolul
No’s 4456-4458 & 4486; and

WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined that said map substanti,
lo 11 conforms to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
I’ I( WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed
l2 /I secured; and
13 WHEREAS, the developer has offered public street and public easements for dedicatior
14 the City of Carlsbad; and
15 WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan and
16 requirements of City Codes and Standards; and
17 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the pu
18 interest to approve said final map; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb 19
California, as follows:
2o I/ 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

Insurance Co. for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Cot
