A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF A
VENTURA COMBINE BEAN HARVESTER ESTIMATED AT A VALUE
OF SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($6,000) IN SUPPORT OF LEO
CARRILLO RANCH PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, wishes to ac
this donation and acknowledge the generosity and support of Mr. Don Pickett
donated this Bean Harvester.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci.
Carlsbad, California, the following:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council does hereby accept the donation totaling
thousand dollars ($6,000).
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Co
of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 14 day of September , 1999, b)
following vote to wit:
