RESOLUTION NO. 99-443
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
FOR INSTALLATION OF CENTRALIZED WIRELESS REMOTE
LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM, CONTRACT NO. POO-01.
6 WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions and specifications for

wireless remote lighting control system, Contract No. POO-01 have been prepared and are on
furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete installation of a centrali
in the Public Works Department, Park Maintenance Division and are incorporated by refere
herein; and

WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available for this project in the Park Maintenance Cay:
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb
13 California, as follows:
14 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The contract documents, special provisions and specifications as presented
15 hereby approved.
16 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to proct

to publish, in accordance with law, Notice Inviting Bids for the work of said contract documet
19 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Cou
20 held on the 28th day of September , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
