RESOLUTION NO. 99-453
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE 1998 STREET SEALING PROJECT, PROJECT NO.
36671 AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the construction of the 1998 Street Sealing Project has been satisfac
completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
WHEREAS, insufficient funds in the construction budget require transfer of $I!
from the administration/inspection budget to the construction budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl:
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the 1998 Street Sealing Project, specifically identifie
Project No. 36671, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to ex€
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
5. That transfer of $15,000 from the administration/inspection budget to
construction budget is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
Council held on the 5 day of October , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Finn
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
