That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the Grant of Slope Easement for public street and public utili! purposes as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof; is appro\ 3. That the Grant of Temporary Construction Easement for temporaq construction purposes associated with the construction of a public street, embankm slope and incidents thereto as shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a pal hereof; is approved. 4.
