RESOLUTION NO. 99-463
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GlLLlS &
ASSOCIATES.
5 WHEREAS, the City is desirous of building a Public Works Administration and Operai
6 Facility; and
7 WHEREAS, the City is in need of consultant services to develop a Public Works Fac
8 and Concept and Design Plans, Construction Services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is in the City’s best interest to proceed 9
a facility as proposed by Gillis & Associates.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls
11 California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. The Professional Services Agreement between the City of Carlsbad and Gill
14 Associates, attached hereto, is hereby approved.

16 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Coi
17 held on the 19thday of October , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
