RESOLUTION NO. 99-464
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A DESIGN
AGREEMENT WITH P & D CONSULTANTS,
INCORPORATED FOR THE DESIGN OF THE CARLSBAD
POLICE DEPARTMENT TRAINING RANGE FACILITY,
CITY PROJECT NUMBER 36861
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has previously
appropriated funds in the fiscal 1999 - 2,000 Capital Improvement Program budget for the
relocation of the Carlsbad Police Department Training Range Facility, hereafter referred to i
“Project;” and
WHEREAS, a design agreement and scope of work have been prepared for the P
with P & D Consultants, Incorporated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable, and in the I
interest to proceed with the design of the Carlsbad Police Department Training Range Proje,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That an agreement with P & D Consultants, Incorporated is hereby approved ar
Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement. Following the Mayor’s signature of
agreement, the City Clerk is directed to forward copies of this resolution and the s
agreement to P & D Consultants, Incorporated, attention: Mr. Chuck Moore, 401 Wes.
Street, Suite 2500, San Diego, California, 92101, and the Police and Community Develor
Departments.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Coun
the 19th day of October , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
