RESOLUTION NO. 99-478
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM FOR A
DRAINAGE EASEMENT OVER LOT 230 OF CARLSBAD TRACT
73-5, MAP NO. 7927.
5 WHEREAS, Ronald J. Mello and Margery G. Mello have submitted a request for quitcl
6 of a drainage easement originally dedicated to the City per Carlsbad Tract No. 73-5 ovc
7 portion of their property located at 4902 Neblina Drive; and
WHEREAS, said easement was never utilized for the purpose for which it was grar 8
and is not now nor is it contemplated to be needed for drainage purposes; and, 9 (1 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in the p~
10 interest to quitclaim said easement; and
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlst:
12 1 I California, as follows:
13 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
14 2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying a drainage easement over a portion of

230, Map No. 7927 of Carlsbad Tract No 73-5, to Ronald J. Mello & Margery G. Mello, whicl
on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated by this reference, is approved.
17 3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and the City Clerk is hert
authorized to release the original Quitclaim Deed to Ronald J. Mello and Margery G. Mello. 18
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Cou

held on the 2nd day of November , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
