A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AGREEMENTS FOR
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD’S FEDERAL COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has sell
programs to receive funding under the City’s Community Development 1
Grant (CDBG).Program; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit
Carlsbad, California, has considered the required agreements for prov
Community Development Block Grant funds to the Join Hands Save-a
organization for construction of a youth facility; and

WHEREAS, the City Council has taken all testimony into account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council hereby approves a Subrecipient Agreement
related loan documents for use of Community Development Block C
funds by Join Hands Save-a-Life.
3. That the Mayor is authorized to sign the agreements on behalf of the
of Carlsbad.
