A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 AGREEMENT WITH TAMAYO CONSULTING, INC., FOR THE
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
PREPARATION OF A PUBLIC WORKS DESIGN AND 4
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is in the City’s best interest to proceed
6 a Public Works Design and Implementation Plan; and
7 WHEREAS, the City has selected Tamayo Consulting, Inc., to complete this project; ar
WHEREAS, this project has been budgeted for, and adequate funds are available, in 8
9 Public Works Administration budget to conduct the proposed project.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb

1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 12

13 2. The Consultant Services Agreement between the City of Carlsbad and Tam;
Consulting, Inc. attached hereto is hereby approved. 14
3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City 15
16 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Cour
17 held on the 9 th day of NOVEMBER , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
18 AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Finnila, Nygaard, and Ku
19 NOES: None
