RESOLUTION NO. 99-510
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PROCESS THE MAP FOR
RECORDING.
CARLSBAD TRACT CT 96-04, BROOKFIELD MEADOWS AND
WHEREAS, Keystone La Costa LLC, a California limited liability company has submi
7 a final map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 96-04, Brookfield Meadows to the City of Carlsbad
8 approval; and
WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract CT 96-04 with conditions, was appro 9
by the Planning Commission on September 2, 1997, pursuant to Resolution No. 3999; and

WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined that said map substanti
11 conforms to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
12 I WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed
I 3 11 secured; and
14 WHEREAS, the developer has offered public street and public easements for dedica
15 to the City of Carlsbad; and
16 WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan and
17 requirements of City Codes and Standards; and
18 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the pu
19 interest to approve said final map; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsl: 20
California, as follows:
21 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That said final map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 96-04, Brookfield Mead01

accepted. 24
which is on file with the Public Works Director and is incorporated herein by reference,

4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the fi 26
3. That the City accepts the dedications shown on the final map.

28 5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final map to be recordet
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.

2 6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to Chicago Title Companq
3 recording in the Office of the County Recorder.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City COL

held on the 7th day of DECEMBER , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
