RESOLUTION NO. 99-516
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CITIZENS COMMITTEE TO
STUDY SIDEWALKS AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the City of Carlsbad Citizens Committe
Study Sidewalks and Street Improvements due to the resignation of Steve Cade; ar
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint one additional member to the Cii
Carlsbad Citizens Committee to Study Sidewalks and Street Improvements who
be recommended for appointment by Mayor Pro Tem Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is appointed to serve as a member of the Cit
of Carlsbad Citizens Committee to Study Sidewalks and Street
Improvements, serving until the Committee’s work is considered
completed and the Committee is dissolved:
